What are advance payments for, and do I have to make them?

If you already have a positive purchasing history, you can make reservations without having to make advance payments. However, if the total value of reserved items exceeds your limit, you will be required to make an advance payment.
This limit is set automatically by our system on the basis of your purchase history, and will always be visible whenever you want to reserve an item.

If you are a new customer, or if you have exceeded your limit, the system will ask you to make an advance payment.
Once you have made a reservation, a "Make advance payment" button will appear under your list of reserved items. Click it and proceed according to the instructions on the web page.

Note: advance payments should be made in the exact amounts declared. In case of payment by bank transfer, remember to provide the ID number of your advance payment in the title of the transfer. Otherwise, the system may not record it properly, and/or the payment may be delayed.

Note: you don't have to pay for each item separately. If you prefer, you can also pay for several reservations at once.

Note: reservations will remain inactive until any necessary advance payments are received; and reservations whose advance payment are not made within 7 days will be cancelled.

Advance payments will be deducted from the final amount during order fulfillment.
